Temporary Support Associate role at Coach. Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. We are part of the Tapestry family, committed to being innovative and inclusive. The Temporary Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency, focusing on servicing customers with friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Accurate and effective work supports product flow from receipt to point of sale. Responsibilities Cash Wrap: Greet customers, engage with them, collect contact information where permitted by law, operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap cleanliness and organization, and thank customers to encourage return visits.
Stockroom / Warehouse: Receive shipments and transfers, notify management of new arrivals, scan cartons/transfers, report discrepancies, organize and clean the stock room, manage stock levels, and participate in regular cycle counts and inventories.
Sales Floor: Assess replenishment needs, replenish the floor, execute visual merchandising as directed, communicate product information to customers, and maintain housekeeping standards.

Additional Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, internet), ability to use walkie-talkie, read price and product release sheets.
Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; move on the sales floor and in stock areas; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for product shipments/transfers.
Schedule: Ability to meet scheduling and availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.
