Responsibilities
Define and execute the annual research strategy, focusing on data management and AI enablement
Ensure the quality and timeliness of research outputs through peer review and content oversight
Provide forward-looking guidance to data architects and engineers on core data management capabilities
Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders at various events
Mentor junior research analysts and foster a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
12–15 years of experience in data management or a related industry discipline
Proven leadership experience in a research, analysis, or technical execution team
Deep understanding of technology, market trends, and key vendors in data management
Familiarity with Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) initiatives and data governance
Proven experience presenting to clients at major events and conducting technical workshops
Preferred Qualifications
A Master\'s Degree or advanced professional qualifications in a related field
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to draw clear, results-oriented conclusions
Strong project planning and management skills
Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities
Demonstrated influencing skills necessary for effective leadership
