Forget big‑company bureaucracy where you are just a number. Here, you are the first line of defense and the trusted technical resource for our entire headquarters. You will see and touch every part of our office technology stack, from endpoint hardware and networking basics to user account management and A/V systems. This role is designed as a direct runway to more advanced responsibilities in systems, cloud, and network support. We expect you to learn, grow, and be ready for the next level. If you have a home lab, build your own PCs, or spend weekends tinkering with new tech, you are the candidate we are looking for. We value demonstrated curiosity and a passion for craftsmanship over formal credentials. What You Will Do:

Be the Expert:

Serve as the first point of contact for our internal teams, providing patient, clear, and effective technical support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers, and network connectivity. Build & Maintain:

Assemble, image, and deploy new workstations, perform hardware upgrades (RAM/SSD), manage equipment inventory, and ensure our tech assets are always ready for action. Own the Environment:

Take pride in a well‑organized workplace by expertly managing cables, mounting equipment, and supporting office moves with a hands‑on, can‑do approach. Secure & Support:

Handle foundational account tasks like password resets and access requests, executing with a security‑first mindset and escalating complex issues to our senior tech team. Document & Improve:

Contribute to our knowledge base, documenting fixes and standard procedures to make our entire team more efficient and self‑sufficient. What You Bring (Required):

A demonstrated, hands‑on passion for technology—proven through home projects, hobbyist tinkering, or self‑directed learning. The ability to troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and perform basic computer hardware repairs and upgrades. A foundational understanding of IP networking concepts (Subnetting, NAT, DHCP, DNS). Excellent communication skills; you can translate technical concepts for non‑technical users with patience and professionalism. A commitment to craftsmanship—you believe in tidy work, clear documentation, and seeing a problem through to its final resolution. Ability to be onsite daily in our Topeka, KS headquarters and lift/carry 30+ lbs for equipment setup. What Will Set You Apart (Preferred):

1–2 years of experience in a help desk or desktop support role. Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or another scripting language. Exposure to Microsoft 365/Azure AD administration. Experience supporting macOS or Linux environments. Knowledge of email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). How to Apply:
