OneHum At OneHum, the Bookkeeping & Office Administrator plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing daily office functions and ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping. In this role, you'll handle a wide range of administrative tasks—from scheduling, vendor coordination, and office maintenance to processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing expense reports using QuickBooks. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in supporting our dynamic team, streamlining processes, and upholding our high standards for financial accuracy and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and logistics for meetings and company events.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain office supplies and facilities.Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, managing expense reports, and reconciling accounts.
Monitor cash flow, track budgetary spending, and prepare financial statements.
Assist with payroll processing and collaborate with external accounting services as needed.
Streamline and improve accounting procedures for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.Process Improvement & Collaboration: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement forward-thinking solutions.
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support HR, finance, and administrative initiatives.Required Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally with office management responsibilities.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping principles.
QuickBooks Experience Is Required.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Core Competencies:
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Strong, direct communication skills across all levels of the organization.
