Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a talented
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our team in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
Analyze client insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Assist with claims management and resolution
Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 5 years of commercial lines account management experience required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
