Commercial Account Manager
with experience in B2B sales. This role offers the potential for unlimited earnings with a generous base, commission, and bonus structure. Our Commercial Account Managers work independently during the day, supported by a team of pest management professionals. What You'll Do
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will drive business growth and cultivate strong client relationships. You will: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, relationship building, and creating referral sources Manage your sales funnel, set appointments, conduct face-to-face meetings, and deliver professional proposals Collaborate with management to shape the future of the growing organization Use CRM tools to track, report, and optimize sales activity Build connections with existing clients and professional networks to position Turner Pest Control as a trusted partner Travel locally within your assigned area as required Who You Are
At least three years of B2B sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work well within a team Working knowledge of Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive and walk extensively throughout the day Flexibility to work extended hours as needed What We Offer
