Identify or rule out potential conflicts of interest Serve as an escalation point for Conflicts Analysts and guide issues through resolution Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memoranda Negotiate engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, and conflict waivers Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) required Minimum 2 years of conflicts experience, preferably as a Conflicts Attorney in a law firm Job Details
