A well‑established California law firm with over 130 attorneys seeks a
Conflicts Attorney
to join its internal team. This non‑practicing role reports to the General Counsel and focuses on identifying, evaluating, and resolving ethical and business conflicts. The firm offers a collaborative, people‑first culture with strong retention and professional growth.

Research and clear potential conflicts for new clients, matters, and hires
Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memos
Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to resolve issues
Serve as an escalation point for Conflicts Analysts
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) required
2+ years of conflicts experience (law firm or equivalent)
Experience with 3E Workplace preferred
Open to senior‑level candidates
Compensation & Schedule
$175,000–$230,000 (DOE) + full benefits (dental/vision 100%, partial medical, 401(k) match, generous PTO)
Hybrid schedule after 30‑90 day onsite training
Desired Skills and Experience
Research and clear potential conflicts for new clients, matters, and hires
Analyze conflict reports and summarize findings
Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memos
Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to resolve issues
Serve as an escalation point for Conflicts Analysts
