Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional client service. You will work closely with clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and service a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts. Conduct client meetings to review policies, coverage options, and risk management needs. Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters and carriers to facilitate smooth policy negotiations, ensure accurate underwriting, and secure competitive terms for clients. Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Assist with new business opportunities and cross-selling additional coverage. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, specifically working with hospitality and construction accounts. 2-20/ Property & Casualty License Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
