Manage a mid-market book of business across various industries, supporting clients with property and casualty insurance needs. Responsibilities
Manage and service a mid-market book of commercial P&C clients, ensuring retention and client satisfaction. Prepare renewals, market submissions, proposals, and endorsements in collaboration with producers and carriers. Analyze client exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Review policies, contracts, and certificates for accuracy and compliance. Handle daily servicing needs, including coverage inquiries, policy changes, billing issues, and claims support. Maintain accurate documentation within Applied Epic (Applied Systems). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal team members. Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within a brokerage or agency environment. Strong working knowledge of Property & Casualty lines (General Liability, Auto, WC, Umbrella, Property, etc.). Mid-Market experience (accounts typically ranging from $25K–$250K in revenue). Proficiency in Applied Epic (Applied Systems). Active P&C license in the state of Utah (or ability to obtain). Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with multi-state accounts and diverse industry verticals. Strong analytical and renewal negotiation skills. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, client-first attitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience with bonus structures and incentives in a commercial insurance environment. Employment details
