We are looking for a qualified
IT Technician
that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. Must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. Day to day activities: Network Monitoring PC/Thin Client troubleshooting Application support Maintaining computer and network systems Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues Assisting employees and customers with IT-related issues Additional Duties: Provide emergency 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis Managing Network/File Security Providing Phone, Email, and Onsite Support Skills and Proficiencies: Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology At least 2-3 years of experience working with networking equipment Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and time-management skills In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
