The Part-Time Institutional Research Analyst provides operational support to the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, focusing on

data management, report creation and validation, and user support . This role ensures institutional data are accurate, accessible, and effectively used to support planning, decision-making, and compliance reporting. Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and validate data from institutional systems, such as Jenzabar and Zogotech. Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. Support faculty, staff, and leadership in accessing and interpreting institutional data. Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and systems. Contribute to the production of the institutional dashboard and Fact Book. Provide user training and documentation for report access and interpretation. Support compliance reporting (IPEDS, Perkins, DHE) and external surveys (e.g., U.S. News, Princeton Review) under the direction of the AVP. Collaborate with the Data Team to implement data governance best practices. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Experience with relational databases, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms (experience with Zogotech or Tableau a plus). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently. Effective communication skills for supporting non-technical end users. Institution Description
