Overall Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch from an administrative aspect. Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Answering the phone:
pick up by third ring, direct customer questions, direct customers to agent. Application processing:
documenting application in log, prescreening application, C-14, scanning files, ordering medical records, ordering Pordamedic. Agent Management & Support:
maintain agent files, process agent applications, order background checks, facilitate agent appointments, and set up Gryphon logins for new agents. Office Maintenance:
maintain files, ensure office machines are in working order, keep work areas clean and stocked with supplies. System knowledge:
PAL, BSPN, Gryphon, NoMoreForms, Predictive Index, FSP Account Expense reporting, direct bill expense reporting, EPI. Policy Support:
maintain contact lists, follow up on medical records, verify application details, gather missing items, correct underwriting errors, track policy and check deliveries, handle policyholder calls, process refunds, and log delivery slips. BSM Support:
support the BSM in branch operations, assist with compliance audits, complete FSP and R&E reports, and assist with reimbursements. Training Support:
maintain NAS materials, support training sessions, provide shadowing for new BOAs, follow-up on training completion, monitor agents' SNA status. Recruiting Coordination:
assist with AIRS system, nomoreforms, set up career briefings, and support recruiting efforts. BSO Operations:
manage BSO email box, distribute information, and support compliance efforts including Gryphon monitoring and agent testing. At CNO, success is earned.
