Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the agency's success, focusing on servicing policies and marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, a proactive approach to client service, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation Package
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of business primarily consisting of middle‑market commercial accounts.
Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support the quoting and placement of new and renewal business.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the state of Mississippi.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a generalist background.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Work Style: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with 1–2 days of remote work per week.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
