Provide technical assistance for the automated parts delivery robot to customers and on-site technicians Answer support calls, diagnose hardware and software issues, address user concerns regarding operation and environment, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Evaluate product updates and provide recommendations to improve reliability Create and update support documentation Assist with repair and maintenance of robotic units used in production and quality assurance testing Travel to customer locations to handle physical installations and deliver training to customers and internal staff on operating the automated parts delivery robot Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in computer systems, robotics, technical support, or a related technical field Associate’s degree or higher in a technical discipline Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years Benefits
