Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and deliver quality business solutions for complex issues

Participate actively in the full software development life cycle on agile scrum teams in various roles

Provide business and subject matter expertise for project and production-related activities

Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Lead and support various aspects of requirements testing to minimize production defects

Qualifications

MUST BE A US CITIZEN

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field

5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and FTP/SFTP

Preferred Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

3 - 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry

3 - 5 years working with Provider Network data

3 - 5 years with Pricing-related knowledge, including procedure codes and fee schedules
