Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and statutes. Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop effective case strategies. Communicate with clients to provide updates and explain legal processes. Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation related to consumer financial services law. Strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters effectively. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one of the following state bars: California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma. Admission to additional state bars is considered a plus. Skills
