What You’ll Do

Identify IT and security risk exposures; assess the effectiveness of controls across business-critical technology areas.

Recommend business and technology strategies and process improvements by evaluating control deficiencies and severity.

Drive audit efficiencies, leveraging automation and integration opportunities.

Manage and execute IT audits—overseeing planning, testing, findings, and reporting within defined scope and timelines.

Provide technical guidance to staff, review test plans, challenge findings, and ensure high-quality audit deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated expertise in IT audit methodologies, industry standards, and risk assessment.

Experience overseeing IT controls for complex technology platforms, data privacy, and application development.

Strong analytical skills; ability to identify root causes and recommend practical, strategic solutions.

Proficiency in developing and executing audit plans, mentoring teams, and managing multiple priorities.

Commitment to ethics, compliance, and continuous improvement in a rapidly changing environment.

Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or related area and 2 years’ experience in information technology, audit, or information security OR 4 years’ experience in information technology, business, engineering, audit, information security or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

7 years’ experience leading cross-functional computer information systems audit projects.

Certification in a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certification Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Prior work experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or similar environment dealing with technology risks.

Prior work experience at a large organization that manages its own technology infrastructure and has multiple architectural and deployment models (e.g., on-premises and cloud).

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
