Quality Manager

Apogee Semiconductor As the Quality Manager at Apogee Semiconductor, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing and engineering processes to ensure consistent application of tools, materials, and procedures. You will establish and maintain quality standards for our products, driving operational excellence across the development and production lifecycle. What You Will Do
Lead all aspects of the design and implementation of quality management systems and standards. Work closely with design, production, and supplier teams to define and enforce quality and reliability requirements across new product introduction (NPI), production, and failure analysis. Monitor and audit suppliers to ensure process and material conformity. Lead FA investigations, root cause analysis, and 8D problem-solving processes, including corrective/preventive actions and customer communications. Track and report KPIs and initiate improvement projects based on trends. Implement controls for PCN (Product Change Notifications) and ECO (Engineering Change Orders) to manage product and process changes. Serve as the primary quality liaison for customer audits, quality inquiries, scorecards, and RMA processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Physics), Material Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering. Proficiency in reading and understanding various technical documents such as blueprints, material specification sheets, etc. Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Solid knowledge of quality standards and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, DOE). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators. Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt or equivalent certification. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, aerospace, automotive). Experience with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Benefits
