Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a Michelin-level or James Beard-caliber kitchen Proven success leading culinary teams, curating menus, and executing consistently at the highest standard Strong expertise in food and labor cost management, purveyor relations, and inventory systems Skilled in staff development, coaching, and building disciplined kitchen operations Culinary degree or equivalent formal training preferred Flexibility to meet the demands of a world-class fine-dining operation Deep commitment to food safety, health standards, and uncompromising excellence The Ideal Candidate
