Scope

Coordinate the development and submission of RFI/RFP/RFQs (requests for information/proposal/quotation), ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Maintain and update the RFP sales content library, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for the sales team. Collaborate with global operational teams to gather and integrate content for proposals and presentations. Develop and deliver key metrics, reports, slides, and process flows using tools like Qlik, Visio, and proprietary global visibility systems to support decision-making. Gather and organize financial and technical data for internal analyses and strategic use. Manage the Salesforce.com database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Provide general administrative support to the manager and the department, including scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks to facilitate team efficiency. Job Requirements

General working experience 3+ years, including minimum 1-2 years of logistics experience. Strong understanding of operations and experience with data analysis and reporting. Professional verbal and written English language skills, including proficient English grammatical and writing/editing/proofreading abilities. Expertise in PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently, remotely, and in flexible working hours (multiple time zones). High level of technical acumen and ability to translate ideas into polished, modern visuals. May need to travel internationally on a periodic basis. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
