This position is responsible supporting the Vice President of Sales and the sales team through the performance of routine clerical and administrative functions, as well as inventory and warranty processing. Tom Nehl represents multiple manufacturers, including Freightliner; Volvo; Western Star; Isuzu; Sprinter; Capacity; Detroit; Caterpillar; and Cummins. We offer paid time off and seven paid holidays a year. Position Responsibilities

This position is responsible for greeting all customers when they arrive; answering and routing sales calls; acquiring tag and title work for newly purchased trucks; reporting the sale to the appropriate agencies; perform tasks for incoming trucks including inspection, tagging keys and ensuring stock cards are in the window, submitting advertisement, verifying that all reconditioning tasks have been performed. This position will assist customers, process check requests, maintain files, process initial warranty registration and, most importantly, contribute to customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will exhibit a strong problem-solving ability, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess an above average computer proficiency, be self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, and have attention to detail. This position may require a flexible schedule. Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in an office/clerical position is required. Attention to detail is a must. Valid driver license with a good driving record. Physical Requirements

This position is normally performed in an office environment which does not subject the employee to outside elements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. A flexible schedule with periodic overtime is required.
