Sales Representative/Account Executive
About the Role
This is a field sales role ideal for someone with prior experience as a Sales Representative or Account Executive in the technology sector. The focus will be on new customer acquisition while also driving expansion within existing accounts. You will work closely with the Head of Partner Sales, Head of Growth, and Demand Generation (DG) team, while directly engaging with AWS field and partner teams to co-sell, build pipeline, and deliver joint go-to-market campaigns. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth through joint engagement. Prospect and qualify new opportunities in collaboration with AWS teams. Demand Generation & Go-to-Market Collaborate with the DG team to run joint campaigns, workshops, webinars, and events (e.g., AWS Summits, meetups). Leverage AWS funding programs to support customer initiatives. AWS Field Collaboration Support the Head of Partner Sales in building strong relationships with AWS account managers and partner teams. Participate in joint planning sessions, sales calls, and field events with AWS. Account Growth Work with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Support ongoing customer engagement and relationship-building. What We’re Looking For Experience 4+ years in sales, account executive, or partner management roles in the technology or cloud sector. Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (co-selling, AWS Marketplace, or partner programs) is a strong plus. Proven experience driving pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and account management. Skills & Qualifications Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partner sales teams. Confident in running discovery calls, presenting value propositions, and supporting deal closure. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. What We Offer 16 days of paid time off.
