The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the dealership’s new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations, ensuring strong sales performance, proper inventory control, team leadership, and an exceptional customer experience. Essential Duties:

Lead and manage the new/ or used car sales departments, including supervision of sales consultant team. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for vehicle sales and gross profit performance. Monitor and manage new and used vehicle inventory, ensuring proper mix, stocking levels, and vehicle aging control. Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to ensure smooth and profitable deal flow. Implement dealership sales strategies, advertising, and digital retail campaigns in coordination with marketing. Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings, providing coaching and accountability for the sales team. Assist with customer issue resolution to maintain satisfaction and retention. Maintain relationships with wholesale and factory representatives. Review and approve deals, structure pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with manufacturer programs. Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in automotive sales; 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role Strong understanding of both new/ or used vehicle operations and inventory strategy Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Experience with CDK Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Working Conditions:

The Sales Manager will primarily work in a dealership office/showroom setting with frequent time spent on the lot with customers and inventory.
