Account Executive
Responsible for prospecting and closing net new business. May include expanding strategic customers and working within a defined niche, territory, and/or with named accounts and prospects. Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle (prospecting to close) B2B sales experience. Self-starter with strong organization, high motivation, disciplined execution, and resilience. Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop a pipeline through outbound lead generation. Supply chain and logistics sales experience. Proven success and top performance in previous roles. Demonstrated ability to develop qualified pipelines via cold calling and prospecting. Experience managing an enterprise sales process and leading complex sales cycles. Ability to navigate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with professional sales methodologies such as Challenger, Consultative Selling, Miller Heiman, Force Management, MEDDPICC, Sandler, Solution Selling, SPIN, and Value Selling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain productive in slower-paced settings. Comfortable working amidst constant change, particularly in supply chain and logistics sectors.
