Responsibilities
Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities with new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline, keeping the pipeline clean and up to date, targeting 3‑4 times coverage of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management: Handle a list of major accounts (companies with revenues $500M+), leading the entire sales process from account planning through deal closing and renewal.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to tailor solutions that address customers’ needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address them.
Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update our CRM system (salesforce.com) to maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable forecasts. Engage in direct client meetings in person or via MS Teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of field sales in the corporate/enterprise space with consistent quota overachievement; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven success selling complex software to $500M+ enterprises using consultative, value‑based solution selling.
Self‑starter with growth mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and managing change.
Experienced selling to C‑suite; skilled at diagnosing business challenges and quantifying the cost of inaction.
Leads complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and owns the process end‑to‑end from prospecting to close.
Strong understanding of AI and its applications for improving legal department operations; aligned with the company mission.
Builds and executes account plans; collaborates cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and legal.
Home‑office based with 25–50% travel; eager to refine sales strategy, team culture, value proposition, and sales tools.
