What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in selling complex enterprise software - Experience engaging C-suite executives and utilizing solution selling techniques - Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing - Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to drive change in ambiguous situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - College degree preferred - Experience in developing and executing account plans - Deep understanding of AI applications in legal operations - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
