What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Actively prospect new business opportunities with new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline - Manage major accounts with revenues of $500M+, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closure and renewal - Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet customer needs - Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and providing effective solutions - Regularly update the CRM system to maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven success in selling complex, enterprise software with revenue targets greater than $500M - Experience engaging C-suite executives and using solution selling to address business challenges - Strong ability to lead detailed sales processes and manage full-cycle deals - Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving change

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - College degree preferred - Deep understanding of AI and its applications in improving legal department operations - Skilled in developing and executing account plans that contribute to overall sales strategy
