What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and manage account plans for new and existing corporate customers - Prospect for new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline - Lead the entire sales process for major accounts, ensuring deal closure and renewal - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in complex, enterprise software sales - Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders using a consultative sales approach - Ability to manage full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting to closing - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - College degree preferred - Experience with AI applications in legal department operations - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans - Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity - Proven success in leading detailed sales processes and managing multiple stakeholders
