What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers

Manage accounts by leading the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications)

College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in the corporate sector

Experience selling complex software solutions to small and medium companies

Ability to engage with C-level executives using a consultative selling approach

Skilled in developing and executing account plans

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with high velocity sales and a "land and expand" approach

Previous experience in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
