Join Worldwide Flight Services. WFS employs professionals in ground handling across a global network. We are looking for a Ramp & Passenger Services Supervisor who will manage, coordinate and control airport activities for Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions, monitor performance, oversee staffing, ensure compliance with company rules and TSA regulations, and uphold safety, security, quality and customer satisfaction. Location: Las Vegas, NV. Compensation: $21.00 per hour. Employment type: Full-Time. Account designation: Frontier Airlines. Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing transactions, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights in a safe and timely manner. May be responsible for baggage service functions such as filing loss, damage, and pilferage claims. Provide efficient and professional customer service and resolve passenger problems as required. Coordinate with all departments to ensure operational needs are met (catering, fueling, maintenance). Act as company representative when assigned. Report to work regularly and on time. Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Interpret measurements and data; use basic math in operations. Ensure compliance with security plans, issue and display company IDs, and treat all employees, customers, vendors and third parties with respect. Ramp Service Functions
Load and unload cargo (mail, express, baggage, freight, company material) on and off aircraft; transport cargo between terminals and aircraft. Handle express docks, outbound baggage, and related documentation; clean and service cabin interiors and furnishings; de-ice and assist with aircraft servicing as required. Assist in monitoring security and may perform routine automotive repairs or equipment maintenance as needed. Minimum Requirements
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and days off. Preferred Skills
English proficiency; strong communication and customer service abilities. Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment. Ability to handle stress, work with minimal supervision, and write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
