We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to join our growing team in Homestead, FL. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in day-to-day operations, manage customer orders and communication, and help ensure a smooth sales process from quote to delivery. This role is key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal sales team and customers Process orders, quotes, and sales-related documentation accurately and efficiently Track shipments, follow up on order status, and coordinate with logistics and operations teams Maintain CRM and sales databases, ensuring all client and order information is current Assist with reporting, pricing updates, and preparing sales materials or presentations Communicate professionally with customers to resolve issues and provide updates Support sales reps with scheduling, account coordination, and other administrative tasks Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) CRM experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus Seniority level
