Pay Details
Starting base salary $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range $55K-$75K through base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents can earn up to $85K+ in second year.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs and matching the correct coverages to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with mid-morning start (11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided. Work at home requirements: professional workspace with dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload. No satellite or mobile internet.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
