Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs. Select appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Represent Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for individual needs. Maintain professional workspace and high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire. Training & Benefits
Paid training 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunity for rewards and recognition.
