Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching the correct coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Remote work, paid training, 16 weeks for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
Work‑from‑home workspace: professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (min 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty License required after hire.
