Joink Position Summary The position will receive and make inbound/outbound calls to customers in serviceable areas in order to generate fiber to the home (FTTH) sales. This position will ensure customers are provided complete information and follow each order’s status through activation. Classification:
Non Exempt, Hourly Pay Range:
$20-$23 per hour Reports To: Residential Fiber Sales Manager Supervises: No direct reports May lead, train, and participate in work team assignments Essential Functions: Process inbound customer inquiries, complete sales, and ensure customer is provided complete information and is scheduled efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service. Document all customer interactions in sales monitoring software. Maintain understanding of installation requirements and processes. Utilize sales systems to coordinate customer orders. Meet monthly activation goals as determined by senior management. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Ability to understand relative position of places, distances, and direction on a map or aerial image Expertise in verbal/written communication Organized and detail-oriented Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation Ability to maintain a professional demeanor Ability to evaluate situations and adjust to changing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Qualifications: Associates’ degree in related field/equivalent experience 2 years’ experience in related field, specifically scheduling multiple team members Candidate must be willing to reside near or commute to a Joink office (Currently within Illinois: Taylorville, Hillsboro; Indiana: Terre Haute) Working Environment: 40 hours per week Office Environment Willingness to travel to other Joink offices, industry conferences, etc. May be eligible for commission Physical Demands: Must be able to spend long hours using a computer/keyboard and/or phone. May involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
