NCR Atleos Key Account Manager (f/m/d) – Payments & Network – Germany (virtual) Overview
Successfully manage some of our key corporate accounts and prospects (Retail, Petrol, Transportation, Real-Estate, etc.). You will be responsible for the P&L of the individual accounts, building a pipeline of profitable new business and developing and maintaining solid relationships with our new and existing customers. Responsibilities
Be responsible for specific accounts and deliver revenue and contribution targets. Establish, maintain and build relationships with new and existing accounts. Identify all product- and customer-based opportunities. Maintain accurate customer demand forecasts for designated account portfolios and work with the operations team to meet service and availability targets. Identify profitable opportunities for deploying ATMs in existing and new corporate accounts. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market realities, including the competition. Communicate new product developments to prospective clients. Provide market feedback to Directors and Managers. Attend industry trade shows and customer conferences as required. Close deals with customers that facilitate ATM deployments. Identify areas of improvement across the existing customer ATM estate. Ensure non-productive ATMs are brought back online promptly. Regularly visit ATM estates to assess performance. Create monthly reports for the account base. Prepare and attend regular customer-facing meetings. Log and follow up conference calls/meetings with action points. Plan and manage personal pipeline in line with territory and business development strategy. Manage accounts according to commercial requirements and sales processes. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements. Ensure contractual commitments are met through regular performance analysis. Liaise with internal NCR Atleos departments. Regularly review site-specific information in the company system. Other ad hoc duties, including improving general business information. Competence & Skills Required
Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers. Understanding of financial data – budgets, P&L, etc. Effective negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and report on trends and patterns. Ability to pitch recommendations for change. Strategic and hands-on approach. Systematic thinking and action. Pro-active, “can-do” attitude, resilient, autonomous and driven. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executives. High attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Self-driven, results-oriented with a focus on high quality and business profit. Forward planning with critical self-review of performance. Demonstrate the company’s core values. Proven success in selling into and managing relationships and large contracts for high-profile accounts. Proactively suggest new ways to improve service to our customer base. Excellent planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
