Client Sales Specialist Location: Twin Falls, Idaho Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401k Business: Freight Brokerage Company Client Sales Specialist Job Description As a Client Sales Specialist, you will develop, maintain, and manage your sales pipeline to develop and grow new and existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service. Drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration. Effectively utilize Salesforce for client prospection and pipeline management. Must be able to navigate our TMS in order to manage daily operational tasks such as account management, invoicing, and tracking shipments. Client Sales Specialist Responsibilities Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold-calling Manage accounts, retain existing relationships, and grow share of business Identify business opportunities for company services Create quotations and sales proposals for company services Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systems Client Sales Specialist Qualifications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask Legendary customer service skills Work ethic second to none Business-minded, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Industry-related experience preferred but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
