Description Work schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm; 40 hours per week. At least 2 Saturdays per month 8:45am-1:15pm; when working a Saturday, you can opt for a full or half-day off during the M-F work week. As a Member Service Counselor – Registry, you will provide sales and service to members in membership, reservations, and other branch products and services both in-person and over the phone. In select states, provide registry services ensuring compliance with regulations. Achieve standards for sales and referrals, recommend club products and embody our mission and values in all interactions. Responsibilities

Member Service:

Develop knowledge of AAA Northeast products/services. Promote memberships, upgrades, auto-renewal, digital memberships, credit card programs, and other initiatives. Assist members with issues and changes. Information Delivery:

Provide accurate, timely information about club products/services. Support department standards for in-person and phone service, and support club partnerships. Registry Services:

In select locations, handle confidential documents, process license/ID renewals, registration renewals, and review applications for completeness in compliance with laws and regulations. Member Assistance:

Assist with accommodations, mapping, routing, reservations, and promote club products like international driving permits, passport photos, foreign currency, tickets, etc. Sales:

Meet or exceed satisfaction scores and sales goals. Educate members on benefits and KPIs through training and cross-selling techniques. Daily Operations:

Coordinate with other departments, follow policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience:

Customer Service with a focus on Sales required. Licenses and Certifications:
