What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and execute a 3-year sales enablement roadmap for the State & Local Government Initiative
Act as a central resource to coordinate enablement across multiple lines of business
Participate in seller coaching sessions and client-facing meetings to reinforce the organization's approach
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the ROI of sales enablement activities
Lead efforts to centralize and maintain a content hub of sales materials and templates
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, business development, or related areas
3+ years of experience directly supporting state and local government pursuits
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of state/local government procurement and funding programs
Experience using Dynamics CRM or similar systems
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for building presentations and analyzing data
Experience in a matrixed consulting firm or professional services environment
Familiarity with insight-selling models
