What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the Head of Onboarding to accelerate the ramp-up of new sales hires
Standardize and reinforce key stages of the sales process to ensure successful execution
Deliver training and coaching programs to enhance seller performance and execution
Work with Product Marketing to provide sellers with effective messaging and competitive positioning
Track and report on enablement program effectiveness using key performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or a related role in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of enterprise sales motion and the needs of quota-carrying Account Executives
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Deep empathy for sellers, with a passion for helping them succeed
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Direct SaaS or AI sales experience
Experience with modern enablement tools and platforms
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
