Drive seller acquisition by identifying and recruiting high-potential sellers, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences Build lasting relationships with sellers through regular check-ins, providing tailored recommendations and strategic advice Monitor seller health metrics and proactively address engagement drops to re-engage dormant sellers Serve as the primary point of contact for seller communications, ensuring clear and engaging verbal interactions Analyze seller trends and retention patterns to inform internal strategies for seller enablement What is Required
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, comfortable leading presentations and seller calls Strong understanding of online seller dynamics, with the ability to tailor strategies to different seller segments Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships, advocating for seller success Proficient in monitoring key seller KPIs and working with spreadsheets, CRMs, or sales dashboards Experience in a two-sided platform (marketplace or SaaS) is a significant advantage How to Stand Out
