Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inbound Remote Sales Representative to join the Liberty Mutual Insurance Contact Center Sales Organization in Texas. This role will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Pay Details
Starting base salary: $45,000.00 / year, with opportunity to grow.
Average earnings range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year through base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents can earn up to $85,000+ in their second year and beyond.
Job Details
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls – all incoming leads are warm.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Work schedule: four weekdays and one weekend day, mid‑morning start time. Example 11 am–8 pm (CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment is provided. Work‑at‑home requirements include a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). No satellite or mobile internet is supported.
Must hold or obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if needed).
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, and provide coverage options.
Effectively convert leads into policyholders with a customer‑centric closing approach.
Represent the Liberty Mutual brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
Adapt to varying working environments, schedules, and customer needs, whether in office or remote.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient typing and PC usage.
Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if not already held).
