Remote Inbound Sales Representative – Liberty Mutual Insurance Key Details
Location: Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, Kentucky (remote work) Salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (base salary + commission) Employment type: Full‑time Start date: Immediate Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, match coverage, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Use sales expertise to turn prospects into confident Liberty Mutual policyholders. Represent Liberty brand, connect customers to the right products for individual needs. Adapt to different environments and schedules, work remote from home or office. Provide excellent customer service and maintain integrity and confidentiality. Fit
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination, and a persuasive personality. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years related experience required. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Typing proficiency, PC proficiency, high‑speed internet (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). All computer equipment provided; professional workspace required. Property & Casualty Insurance license required after hire (paid training available). Availability for schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (11 am–8 pm CST) for minimum 12 months. Training & Benefits
