For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, to customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; familiarize with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them of new solutions to improve their business. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales record. Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
