For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; familiarize yourself with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and support. Keep clients informed about new solutions that can improve their business. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) and B2B sales experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
