Job Overview

Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable wireless solutions. Present and close sales deals. Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Create effective sales approaches and proposals. Utilize sales automation tools and report on sales activities and forecasts. Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience; outside B2B sales experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment (Required). Superior customer service and attention to detail (Required). Excellent communication skills (Required). Negotiation and closing skills (Required). Cold calling and prospect management experience (Preferred). Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (Preferred). Proposal writing skills (Preferred). Licenses and Certifications

This role requires travel to the Grand Rapids area and offers a total target cash compensation of $71,800 - $129,400, including incentives. Base pay ranges from $43,080 to $77,640, depending on experience and location. Employees are eligible for various benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, and discounts.
