The Account Executive, SMB Sales role is designed for ambitious sales professionals passionate about building customer relationships and expanding T-Mobile's reach in underserved markets. This hunter role involves exceeding sales quotas, acquiring new accounts, and promoting T-Mobile's products to small and medium-sized businesses (1-299 employees). Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads under supervision. Customer Needs: Identify needs, demonstrate T-Mobile’s value, and recommend solutions. Close Deals: Present proposals and finalize sales. Skill Development: Enhance prospecting, relationship management, and product knowledge. Sales Approaches: Develop effective strategies and proposals. Sales Automation: Manage sales funnel and report activities. Customer Base: Maintain and grow within assigned territory. Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred. At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment. Skills and Abilities

Multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Superior customer service and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective presentation and closing skills. Cold calling and prospect management experience preferred. CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) preferred. Travel required: Yes. This position is not DOT regulated or safety-sensitive. Compensation ranges from $71,800 to $129,400 total target cash, with base pay from $43,080 to $77,640. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
