Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines Qualifications
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred 12 Child Development units completed required: Child Development, Child, Family, and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, and Principles and Practices. If applying for an Infant or Toddler position, Infant and Toddler Development class is required as one of the curriculum courses Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required Transcripts will be required at time of hire AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred Physical Requirements
This position requires compliance with applicable immunization, physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements. Work will be performed in person in an early education/preschool child care center in accordance with Bright Horizons policies and applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of children in care. Compensation and Incentives
The hourly rate for this position is between $25.75 - $31.45 per hour. The pay range listed is Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual offers will depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a hiring incentive of $3000 payable after 100 days of employment. Benefits
