About the Role We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable
Safety Administrator (EHS Specialist)
to join our team and champion a culture of safety and compliance. In this role, you’ll be a visible presence on the production floor, ensuring adherence to all Federal, State, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, while also supporting internal EHS initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead and support EHS compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards.
Develop and deliver training on RCRA, NESHAP, HAZCOM, Lockout/Tagout, Forklift, Crane, PPE, and more.
Conduct environmental monitoring (air quality, stormwater, waste), permitting, and documentation.
Perform safety and environmental risk assessments, inspections, and audits; implement corrective actions.
Investigate incidents and accidents; collaborate with HR on workers’ compensation cases.
Maintain accurate EHS records and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
Partner with site leadership and corporate EHS teams to drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
OSHA Training & Compliance
Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
Safety Inspections
Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures
Nice-to-Have Skills
OSHA 30 Certification
Experience in manufacturing environments
Familiarity with environmental permitting and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
4–5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26/hr.
